Marketing Manager

This role is vital for the success of both Marketing AND Sales and will help drive growth at new and existing B2B accounts and help drive growth with retailers, Amazon and consumers.

You will work hand in hand with the Head of Marketing, Design Director, Sales Team and the Operations Team – with a focus on:

  1. Helping ready products & materials for commercial launch in both B2B and B2C
  2. Driving Sales growth via B2B Email/SMS and other CRM activities
  3. Driving Sales growth via B2B and B2C Social Media Content Calendars and Social Media Posts
  4. Researching and Applying Cutting-Edge AI algorithms in Email, Blog articles, Social Media posts and in Video assets

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage Email and Marketing Automation via Pardot ownership

Create (in conjunction with CMO) and manage marketing content calendar

Brand Management

  1. Trademark Set Up & Renewal
  2. External Building Signage Management
  3. Ensure the team is using correct branding according to guidelines

Marketing Campaigns (leads & prospects)

  1. Campaign Planning in conjunction with the sales team
  2. Coordinate Asset Creation (content/graphics/videos/emails/etc)
  3. Campaign Management
  4. Campaign Tracking

Social Media

  1. Social Media Account Management
  2. Content Planning
  3. Coordinate Asset Creation (content/graphics/videos/etc)
  4. Social Media Tracking

Email Marketing

  1. Quarterly Newsletter Management
    Communication of Company/Brand Announcements/Updates
    Communication of Product Announcements/Updates
    Coordinate asset Creation (content/graphics/videos/etc)

Marketing Literature

  1. Label Creation/Updates
  2. TDS Creation/Updates

Requirements:

  1. 4-year college degree or equivalent

Operations Manager

Looking for a process-driven operations manager who can help take our company to the next level as we focus on growth in manufacturing. Would be responsible for managing production, warehouse, quality, safety, and R&D.

Operations

  1. Write and implement processes, check lists and standards for all operational activities
  2. Manage production/warehouse staff & schedules.
  3. Organize and allocate labor for the most efficient utilization
  4. Help facilitate proof of function for new equipment and/or products
  5. Improvements are needed to make production more efficient, and increased output.
  6. Manage facilities including changes and improvements
  7. Implementation and enforcement of CGMP
  8. Bring Lean manufacturing practices to the table throughout the entire building.
  9. Research ideas/project concepts, then take that information to make educated decisions for changes or fixes.
  10. Help in making sure the company is efficient and organized from the onset of orders through shipping.
  11. Manage R&D Lab’s organization, cleanliness
    Ensure warehouse and manufacturing areas are clean and tidy
  12. Manage warehouse layout
  13. Handle corrective actions from the start of the paperwork through the completion of the project.
  14. Do whatever we can to help facilitate and grow sales with new and existing customers
  15. Manage inventory tracking and counts

Production

  1. Manage the production floor & machinery.
  2. Organize production schedules based on shipping needs.
  3. Keep track of raw materials; making sure we do not run out of things needed for production.
  4. Work in production when necessary
  5. Make sure the BOM’s are correct for our products, I.E paperwork, and work orders.
  6. Question orders with missing info or lack of info to ensure customer satisfaction.

Safety

  1. Implement, manage and maintain the company safety program
  2. Ensure OSHA compliance
  3. Develop and document safety practices and policies; ensuring everyone is following policies.
  4. Holding monthly company-wide safety meetings
  5. Record safety incidents and issue warnings/citations for safety violations
  6. Ensure correct PPE is on hand for all employees and being utilized.

PM

  1. Develop, Implement and monitor maintenance schedules & procedures
  2. Keep machinery running and in good operational shape. Have things fixed or solutions for issues we are having and implement the corrective actions.

Quality

  1. Implementation, enforcement and maintenance of quality standards and procedures

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Experience and some knowledge of the purchasing processes involved in manufacturing
  3. Detail and task-oriented
  4. Willingness and ability to communicate
  5. Task and deadline oriented
