ForzaBOND™ T-OA156 is a hybrid polymer, structural, single-part, moisture cure adhesive.
Applications
ForzaBOND® T-OA156 is specifically designed for mounting and bonding metals, plastics, FRP materials, and treated wood where structural strength is required, making it ideal for various transportation applications.
Applications include:
- Bonding side skins and diamond plating in cargo and horse trailers
- Bonding metal and FRP in roof bow applications for semi, cargo, and livestock trailers
- Bonding plastic and FRP side walls in RVs and buses
- Replacing rivets and huck bolts in grain trailer hoppers
- Replacing mechanical fasteners in livestock and grain trailers
- Bonding door panels in service truck bodies

How to Use
- Generally applied by extrusion, and trowel. Surfaces should be clean and free of dust, oil, and grease.
- Apply between 34º and 150ºF, in damp or dry conditions. The majority of its strength is developed in the first 24 hours.
- Minimum cure time is overnight, but several days may be required for maximum performance, however cure time may be accelerated at higher temperatures (do not exceed 150ºF for accelerated cure).
- Most parts do not require fixturing, although heavy parts may require temporary clamping to ensure desired positioning.
