ForzaBOND® TAC-OS74 is a hybrid polymer, moisture cure, single-part structural adhesive.
Applications
ForzaBOND® TAC-OS74 is specifically designed to bond a large variety of materials including metals, granite, painted steel, glass, wood, most plastics, fiberglass, rubber, and polystyrene foam. Provides a permanent structural bond with internal and external applications above the waterline:
- Structural bonding composites bond strength
- Metal applications – repairing welds not under load
- Windshield on watercraft

How to Use
- Generally applied by extrusion and trowel.
- Surfaces should be clean and free of dust, oil, and grease. When bonding metals, applying OSA Surface Activator to the area to be bonded is recommended for best results.
- Apply between 34ªF – 150ºF, in damp or dry conditions. The majority of its strength is developed in the first 24 hours.
- Minimum cure time is overnight, but several days may be required for maximum performance, however, cure time may be accelerated at higher temperatures (do not exceed 150ºF for accelerated cure).
- Most parts do not require fixturing, although heavy parts may require temporary fixturing to ensure desired positioning.
