Production Worker
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete work orders on time with all required and relevant information
- Report on defective products or machinery
- Check stock levels and report deficiencies
- Keep the worksite clean & tidy
- Transfer raw materials to and from work station
- Follow the company's safety and quality guidelines
- Perform production tasks and operate production equipment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Detail and task-oriented
- Self-motivated and self-driven
- Team oriented
- Ability to identify what needs to be done and take action
Lead Compounder
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead batch mixes by following Batch Formula Sheets
- Complete work orders as required
- Take final responsibility for quality and meeting timelines
- Transport raw materials to and from the warehouse
- Verify raw chemical usage on each batch
- Submit finished product samples to the lab for approval
- Train co-workers on the compounding process
Requirements
- Working knowledge of chemical handling, blending, mixing
- Ability to operate machines including kettles/tanks, mixers, pumps
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Detail and task-oriented
- Ability to learn and operate software (NetSuite ERP)
