Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Forza, Inc. and its affiliates collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or interact with our content.
For details about browser technologies and your controls, please review our Cookie Policy.
Information We Collect
We may collect contact details you provide or information in cookies or other similar automated technologies including name, company, title, address, email, phone, message content, device and browser information, IP Address, additional technology information about your device, pages viewed, referring URLs, interaction events, and order and payment history. We may collect, use and supplement data we have about you with information obtained from other publicly or commercially available sources, such as our business partners and other third-party sources.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate and improve the site, respond to inquiries, provide requested materials, measure product and marketing performance and interest, and support business development.
If you opt into communications, we may send updates about products and services. You can unsubscribe at any time through message links or by contacting us.
Sharing and Disclosures
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of certain advertising and audience-insight technologies (such as business visitor identification described in our Cookie Policy) may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — such as identifiers and internet activity — under certain U.S. state laws. You may opt out at any time as described below. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
We may disclose the information to our affiliates, our service providers, which include companies that perform support services for us such as hosting providers, payment processors, customer service agencies, analytics service providers and ad companies. We may also disclose the information to comply with law, or if you consent. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may share anonymized, aggregated or de-identified information internally and with third parties for any purpose.
We do not collect or process sensitive personal information as defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
In addition to the service providers described above, we work with a limited number of specialized sub-processors that support specific site features: infrastructure and content-delivery hosting (Vercel), website analytics and tag management (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), behavioral analytics, heatmaps, and session-recording (Microsoft Clarity), and the business-visitor identification / audience-insight providers described in our Cookie Policy (including RB2B, ZoomInfo, and LiveIntent). Each sub-processor is contractually required to use personal information only to provide services to us and to maintain appropriate safeguards. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses data through Clarity, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. See our Sub-processor list for the current list, or email privacy@forzabuilt.com to request our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Your Privacy Choices and Rights
U.S. residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing depending on state law. You can submit a request here: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information , or by emailing privacy@forzabuilt.com or otherwise using our contact page.
You can also manage cookie settings at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it automatically as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. You will not be denied goods or services, charged different prices, or provided a different level of quality because you exercised a right under applicable law.
If your request is denied, you may appeal the decision by emailing us at privacy@forzabuilt.com or otherwise using our contact page to request an appeal of the decision. We shall inform you within the time frame allowed by governing law of our decision. If your request is further denied, you may contact us to provide the governing state agency to file a complaint via the agency's online complaint form or their phone number. For example in Nebraska, it would be the Nebraska Attorney General at https://protectthegoodlife.nebraska.gov/data-privacy-homepage, or calling (800) 727-6432.
Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.
Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Policy Changes and Contact
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
