Forza is looking for a Sales Campaign Coordinator to manage our targeted "carpet-bombing" marketing and sales-qualified lead campaigns. These campaigns are highly focused, directed at a select set of customers, and follow a structured process. The person in this role will take ownership of the campaigns from start to finish — ensuring all steps are executed on time, accurately, and with attention to detail. This is a high-impact, high-performance role supporting our outside sales team and sales manager.
Responsibilities
- Compile and verify targeted customer contacts and contact information for upcoming campaigns.
- Create and configure campaigns within Salesforce, attach contacts, and build out contact points.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop, proof, and finalize campaign materials, including emails, graphics, brochures, and physical collateral.
- Oversee email campaign execution, track performance, and report on engagement metrics.
- Write and sign personalized letters, postcards, and thank-you cards to accompany campaigns.
- Coordinate the preparation of product samples to include with campaigns, when required.
- Manage the mailing of all physical campaign collateral.
- Prepare and deliver concise updates on campaign status and outcomes, including success rates and engagement tracked through Salesforce.
- Provide general support to the outside sales team as needed.
- Assist the Sales Manager with task management, follow-up, and other duties as required.

Required
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written communication skills with close attention to detail.
- Dependable, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns.
